Abstract

A Study of How Individuals Embrace the Entrepreneurial Lifestyle and the Importance of Vision Leadership in the Future Algorithmic Economy

This thesis looks to inspire the future generations of visionary leaders while examining the realistic view of what it means to become an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship is not an easy endeavor; it requires one to think outside the box to provide solutions to real-world problems. It requires patience, persistence, and the vision to see the outcome of a project or task before it is in existence. It is this vision that can have a lasting inspiration on the people who surround these entrepreneurs. If all people could think on the same frequency as the most successful entrepreneurs, imagine how efficient our economy would be?

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the entrepreneurial traits needed to thrive as an entrepreneur in the advancing algorithmic economy. The methodology used to examine these topics was based on thought leadership and literature review. Data highlights both the fields of entrepreneurship and artificial intelligence to provide a visual scope of the impacts that A.I. will have on future business operations. Detailed analysis will examine the defining features of being an entrepreneur and how these individuals can provide a lasting change within our economy. The literature review includes the successes and struggles that challenge entrepreneurs as well as how the visionary leadership of entrepreneurs impacts our economic GDP. The expectation is that in 100 years, artificial intelligence will take over 90% of business operations. Hence, the question that this thesis examines is how human production can still maintain advantages over A.I. by the entrepreneurial commitment to maintaining vision leadership.
