Abstract

The purpose of the Trinity Application is to provide resources for the care of mind, body, and spirit for adult cancer survivors and to evaluate effects on the level of anxiety, spiritual well-being, and positive thinking. This innovative application (app) offers evidence-based resources for cancer survivors to care for their minds, bodies, and spirits. Supporting patients through the mental challenges of their diagnosis is necessary to enhancing their quality of life through holistic measures. Through spiritual need scales, we were able to assess how these interventions improved their well-being. A diagnosis of cancer alters physical, psychological, social, and spiritual health; however, patients report that their healthcare team did not strongly support their holistic care needs. Therefore, studies are needed to improve patient outcomes. Physical and mental health have positively developed after supporting patients with holistic care. Supporting patients' minds, bodies, and spirits benefits their ability to connect with others, strengthen their faith, and find meaning in their lives.
