Abstract

This paper, Best Way To Motivate Employees In The Workforce, explores the best ways to motivate an employee in the workforce. The notion of work today plays a large role in our everyday lives. Uncovering creative, proven, and effective methods to compel employees can offer helpful solutions to any company struggling to reach a strong rapport with its workers. Through research, it is possible to find driving points that will be a catalyst for a more robust and motivated working environment: measuring employee satisfactions, equity, flexible work schedule and employee acknowledgement are just a few key points that motivate employees to go to work eager every day, which will be analyzed more thoroughly. At the conclusion, it was noticed that the single greatest driving force to encourage workers was to provide them with a more flexible work schedule. This in turn, generated more positivity and feelings of freedom versus restraint.
